By accessing or using Packet Empire’s internet site and offerings, you agree to these terms. Please check carefully before asking for a quote or placing an order.

All quotes are based entirely on records provided with the help of the client and may be optional if assignment specifications are changed. Clients are responsible for reviewing and approving all artwork, dimensions, colors and materials prior to the start of construction. Once final approval is given, we are not responsible for typographical errors in accredited documents.

Production and shipping times are estimates and may range due to fabric availability, delivery delays, or varying circumstances beyond our control. Otherwise payment in accordance with the agreed clauses must be completed prior to commencement of production to a particular extent.

Because our merchandise is custom made, cancellations, returns or refunds are generally not widely circulated now that manufacturing has begun. If a product arrives damaged or carries a proven manufacturing defect, customers must notify us within 7 days of shipping for review.

Clients verify that they own or have permission to use all submitted artwork and designs. We are not responsible for copyright or trademark infringement associated with Consumer Furnished Content.

We reserve the right to replace those terms and conditions at any time. Continued use of our website offering is validation of the state-of-the-art model.
